“Adopt-A-Display” Sponsorship Program

This is a unique opportunity to make your name known to a large audience of festival attendees by sponsoring an exhibit. The Simcoe Christmas Panorama – “River of Lights” show is presented for a five-week period in the winter months.

Adoption Program #1

There is a reduced fee associated with this program and a commitment from your organization to provide care for an exhibit. The major responsibilities include maintenance, storage and set-up / removal of the exhibit at the annual event.

Sponsor benefit

• Sponsor’s name on 12″X18″ sign with name and logo affixed to adopted display during event  
• Sponsor’s name included on www.simcoepanorma.ca website
• Sponsor may enter exhibit in any Norfolk County Parade.

Adoption Program #2

There is an annual fee associated with this program (depending upon size of display); however, the responsibility for maintenance, storage and set-up/removal of the exhibit rests with the Simcoe Christmas Panorama Inc.

• Sponsor’s name on 12″X18″ sign with name and logo affixed to adopted display during event
• Sponsor’s name included on www.simcoepanorma.ca website
• Sponsor may enter exhibit in any Norfolk County Parade.

Adoption Program #3

Instead of an annual fee an “in-kind” donation of products or services is used to adopt a display. The responsibility for maintenance, storage and set-up/removal of the exhibit rests with the Simcoe Christmas Panorama Inc.

• Sponsor may enter exhibit in any Norfolk County Parade.

Adoption Program #4

There is a small fee associated with this program and a commitment from your organization to build or fund the building of a new exhibit. The maintenance, storage and set-up / removal of the exhibit are details that also need to be discussed. If you are interested in building a new display, please contact the office and request a meeting with one of our Directors before beginning your project.

• Sponsor may enter exhibit in any Norfolk County Parade.

New display requirements:

1. Complements one of our themes-Traditional, Religious or Fantasy.
2. A sketch or proof must be submitted for Board approval.
3. Must be transportable (display on a trailer or chasse).
4. Must meet the Road Safety size and towing requirements.
5. Total dimensions (Height/ width/ length) needed for Board approval.
6. Display to have one electrical hook-up and must meet CSA standards.
7. Description of the materials used in the display wood/ metal/ foam.
8. Cost or value of exhibit.
9. Storage plan.

Adoption Program #5

There is a small fee associated with this program and a commitment to display your own exhibit in the Park during the Simcoe Christmas Panorama event. The ownership, maintenance, storage and set-up / removal of the exhibit are the responsibility of your organization. If you are interested in displaying your exhibit/display, please contact the office and request a meeting with one of our Directors to discuss all the details.
